Product illumination is from diffused lighting in the rectangular profile gantry, which also houses an eye level digital temperature display and 'temperature lockable' control panel, to the operator side of the display. The display has 24 hour operation as standard and holds food core between 2°C to 5°C. Modular removable deck plates in the chilled well make for easier cleaning and an integral condensate water evaporator eliminates the need for site drainage. Optional chopping boards fit over the rear display shelf providing a local sandwich preparation area. Additional ambient display space is also provided by two toughened glass mid shelves within the display area.
