Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

Goods sold may be returned at the customer’s own cost and transport risk for a refund, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. A restocking charge of 25% of the full invoiced amount applies. If delivered on a pallet, an additional admin fee of £120+VAT will be charged.

To initiate a return, request a return form from our customer support team. This form must be completed, emailed back, and attached to the product being returned for identification.

Returns sent without prior consent will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after returned goods are inspected and restocking charges deducted. Additional charges may apply for missing components or damages. Refunds will be made within 7-14 days after approval.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We will evaluate and resolve the issue accordingly.

Non-returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care goods (beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the current item and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period

If shipping within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Warranty Disclaimer

Warranty claims must be reported within 14 days of purchase with supporting evidence. A 12-month parts-only warranty applies. No labour or engineer costs are covered. Claims without a qualified engineer report will be rejected.

Limitation of Liability

CATERZONE LTD shall not be liable for special or consequential damages arising from product use or performance. This limitation may not apply depending on applicable laws.

Note: The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by these terms.
