The Hamoki Gas Countertop Charbroilers are versatile and stylish cooking appliances designed for commercial kitchens and food establishments such as restaurants, delis, cafeterias and hotels.

These compact and efficient cooking devices features a series of gas-powered U-shaped steel burners (each 30,000BTU/hr) or infrared elements positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12” width. The charbroiler surfaces are stainless steel in the front and galvanised sides and back that retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results.
