Use the EF-132V for frying foods with a strong flavour e.g. garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer.

This fryer is equipped with a removable frying basket or tray, which allows you to safely submerge food items in hot oil for even and efficient cooking.
