The Bizerba MBP 250 bandsaw delivers precise, repeatable cuts in a compact, stainless steel package that fits seamlessly on sales counters and preparation rooms. With a 1.1kW motor and a maximum cutting height of 250mm, the bandsaw handles fresh, frozen or smoked products - from delicate fish fillets to bone-in beef shanks, allowing chefs and butchers to produce equal weight portions such as cutlets, osso buco or soup bones with confidence and speed.
Designed for hygiene and efficiency, the Bizerba MBP 250 features open-spoked saw wheels that are easy to clean, removable blade and wheel scrapers for simple sanitation, and a quick-tensioning system that ensures precise blade tension and swift blade changes.
