The heating element tilts back per unit so that the inner tiles are easily accessible for cleaning. The deep fryer is equipped with a unique cold zone so that crumbs and frying residues sink to the bottom and the oil will last considerably longer. Including deep-frying baskets and a stainless steel lid.
