Consistently produce flawless pizza bases with the Combisteel Heated Pizza Dough Press Machine. By using a combination of precisely calibrated non-stick plates and heat, it removes moisture from the dough to help ensure cooked pizzas have superb quality, great tasting crispy bases. Great for commercial pizzerias.
Simply set the heat and timer, then add the dough. When in use, pizza bases are pressed to the thickness you need in seconds. Therefore, this Combisteel pizza press can produce bases much faster and easier than hand spinning pizzas.
With cast iron plates, the pizza press has thick chrome plating that helps prevent sticking. This ensures quality presentation as well as taste.
