don`t care attitude and dreadful customer service, the expensive item was delivered and upon taking out of the box had not power. without any invasive work our electrician checked that the unit was live, power to going to the unit but brand new no power to drive the unit. after calling 4 times for over 1 hour each time the call was answered. explaining to the commercial catering supplier that the unit had no power from the time of opening the box I was informed that i had to pay postage to send this this large heavy item back to there warehouse for checking and they would then update me on the product that does not work that I have paid for. awful service and no customer service.

Return the unit to our warehouse for inspection.
