Glue board fly killers use UV light to attract flying insects into to the unit, and uses a glue board to retain the flying insects. As the insects are caught and retained whole, glue board fly killers are ideal for more sensitive environments. Glue board fly killers are completely noise free, smell free, debris free and pollution free when compared to the traditional fly killers which traps the insects by using electrical transformers or capacitors which burns the insects when it comes in contact with the grill. Sometimes the usual fly killers also produce debris of the flying insects, which never happens with the glue board fly killers.
