The VTC20 Vacuum Meat Tumbler is a compact, efficient solution for commercial food processing environments. Designed for marinating and tenderising meat, poultry, or seafood, this unit uses vacuum pressure to enhance flavour penetration, reduce marination time, and improve product consistency.
With a 20-litre drum capacity and a 15kg maximum load, it’s ideal for butcher shops, small-scale meat processors, and commercial kitchens. Built from SS201 stainless steel, it offers durability and easy maintenance, with an optional upgrade to full SS304 for high-grade applications.
A digital control panel allows for precise timing (up to 99 minutes), and the powerful pump achieves a maximum vacuum degree of -0.4MPa, with a 3.6m³/h pumping rate. Compact, efficient, and easy to use, the VTC20 helps streamline your marination process with professional-level results.
