Imperial IFS-40 Free Standing LPG Tube Fryer 31kW

Boost your kitchen output with the powerful and efficient Imperial IFS-40 free standing LPG tube fryer. Engineered for high-demand professional areas, its three high-efficiency cast iron burners deliver an impressive 31kW of combined power. The fryer provides exceptionally rapid temperature recovery, heating oil quickly to keep up with your busiest services. This means you can produce better-tasting food with less oil absorption, ensuring deliciously crispy results every time.

Maintaining oil quality and consistency is made simple. The Imperial IFS-40 features a large cool zone which cleverly captures food particles, keeping them out of the main frying area to reduce taste transfer and extend the life of your oil. An accurate thermostat provides precise control between 93°C and 204°C, whilst the recessed, slanted tank bottom makes draining effortless when it's time to clean.
