A premium heavy duty oven with a fully MIG welded frame for stability. Perfect for any busy restaurant, hotel or similar catering establishment.
The stainless steel front, back-riser and galvanised sides are supported by 6" stainless steel adjustable heavy duty legs.

- Pull out oil tray with rounded edges to prevent heat transfer
- 8kW/hr. U-shape burner for bottom oven
- Full size sheet pans fit side-to-side or front-to-back
- Two oven racks and four rack positions
- 3⁄4" NPT rear gas connection
- Thermocouple and safety valves installed for double safety
- A gas pressure regulator must be used with this unit (not included)
