Zanolli 08/50V Gas Conveyor Commercial Pizza Oven 20″. A revolutionary modular tunnel oven. After having prepared your recipe set the right temperature, decided on the speed for the conveyer and placed the food on it , you can forget the rest. There’s no need to check the product during cooking  because the oven will keep it away from the heat preventing it from burning. Synthesis can cook pizza and grilled vegetables, fast food and meat. This oven is available in gas or electric power. Zanolli 08/50V Gas Conveyor Commercial Pizza Oven 20″ .The gas versions have a 13 amp, 3 pin plug to power the control panel. The ovens can be stacked 2 or 3 High giving you the ability to cope with high output at busy times. Stacking the ovens allows you to cook different products on each deck. Synthesis is a revolutionary modular tunnel oven. All you have to do is set the temperature and speed of the conveyor mesh, prepare your recipe and put it in the oven.
