Powered by a robust 400W motor and fitted with a 300mm hollow-ground blade, the slicer delivers smooth, fatigue-free slices whilst the fully covered blade and secure meat holder guarantee safe operation in busy work areas.
Designed with ergonomics at its core, the inclined 11° carriage makes product feeding effortless, and the adjustable slicing thickness from 0 - 23mm provides exact portion control for every menu item.
