The 600mm Blue Seal Evolution UKE66 twin electric fryer is a high output, efficient and modular professional fryer, specifically designed for everyday commercial use.

Two separate frying tanks give you the flexibility to cook to order, whilst the lift-up elements and removable batter plates make the fryer easy to clean and maintain.
