Featuring built-in lighting and all-round glass, the display ensures visibility of the contents, whilst the simple rear dial controls provide independent accurate temperature regulation for each shelf. This way, you can display multiple different foods across the shelves at the temperature you require. The addition of the hinged front doors help to keep heat within the unit to reduce running costs, while also helping to protect the contents from outside contaminants.

The display provides plenty of space, with enough room for up to four half-size gastronorm trays across the shelves. And when required, the whole unit is easy to clean, ready for filling.
