CB Gas Chicken Rotisserie Oven E8P-S2

The CB E8P-S2 electric rotisserie oven is a high-capacity solution for producing perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken. Its space-saving countertop design makes it a practical choice for kitchens where space is at a premium, yet it can cook up to eight 1.2kg birds at once across its two spits. This versatile oven is not just for chicken - by simply changing the spit type, you can also prepare other roasted meats and vegetables, expanding your menu options.

Designed for both performance and efficiency, the E8P-S2 oven features hinged glass doors and an interior light. This combination allows you to monitor cooking and display your food without opening the doors and losing heat. To help lower running costs, the doors minimise energy consumption, and a dedicated function allows for cooking on a half load during quieter periods. Operation is straightforward thanks to user-friendly temperature controls, whilst the durable construction ensures the unit is simple to clean after service.
