Very affordable and very complete salad from Ecofrost. The cooled saladette combines a workbench, salad bar and cooling in one. A stainless steel hinged cover covers the salads when you want to use the entire surface as a workbench. The lid also covers the products against unwanted contamination. There is also a polypropylene work surface on the front, ideal for preparing the dishes. This makes this cooled saladette very suitable for lunchrooms and smaller eateries. The cooler is controlled via an electronic thermostat that is operated via a digital display. The cooling motor is mounted at the bottom and therefore this saladette offers a comfortable working height.
