Dynamic Blend & Mix Variable Speed Food Processor

Power through texture-modified food with the Dynamic Blend & Mix variable speed food processor, purpose built for care, education and high-volume catering. A robust 1.1kW motor and ten speeds from 350 to 3500rpm with pulse and reverse give pinpoint control for silky purees, soft diets and smooth sauces, without compromising nutrition or taste. Variable output from 100g to 4kg means effortless batching for 20 to 100 covers per service.

The 5.4Ltr stainless steel bowl pairs with a BPA-free Tritan lid featuring an integrated manual scraper arm, reducing waste and improving blend consistency. Two supplied blades - a smooth knife and a micro-toothed knife - handle raw or cooked ingredients with ease. Incredibly quiet at just 50 dB(A), the vibration-free motor keeps noise low for calmer or prep areas or open kitchens.

Designed for busy teams, the Dynamic Blend & Mix food processor includes automatic bowl detection for safe operation, whilst all accessories are dishwasher safe for quick turnaround. Expand capability by converting into a vegetable slicer (FE887), and rely on the flexible 2-in-1 function to master soft diet preparations day after day.
