A very slim compact electric fryer with pumped oil filtration and single basket. Only 20cm wide, we believe this would be perfect for the pastry or larder section. Oil can be emptied into the tank below, cleaned and pumped back into the fryer extending the life of the oil. It has rapid heat up and temperature recovery. In top grade stainless steel and excellent build quality.
