This high performance electric oven range by Falcon is flexible, versatile and reliable. It has three large heavy duty cast iron hotplates and a 2/1 Gastronorm compatible fan assisted oven. A full width, removable drip tray retains spills and helps keep the vitreous enamel oven chamber clean.
