Capable of chilling 45kg or freezing 28kg at a time, the unit accommodates ten 1/1GN or 600x400mm trays at a time - perfect for batch cooking and bakery work. A robust stainless steel cabinet, Climate Class 5 rating for up to +40°C ambient areas, and height-adjustable legs ensure durable, hygienic performance exactly where it's needed.
An intuitive segment display offers quick access to favourite programmes or fully custom cycles, whilst the single-point probe tracks core temperatures with precision.
