La Pavoni Botticelli Evolution Dual Boiler PID Semi-Professional Coffee Machine

Deliver barista-grade results with the La Pavoni Botticelli Evolution dual boiler PID semi-professional coffee machine. Dual boilers - a 600ml brew boiler and a 1.8Ltr steam boiler - enable simultaneous extraction and milk steaming, keeping service fast for espresso, cappuccino and latte orders. PID temperature control paired with an E61 group head delivers excellent thermal stability, so every shot is consistent across different coffee blends.

Built for the home or light duty professional areas, the machine uses a quiet rotary pump with a steady 8-9 bar for uniform extraction, whilst electronic automatic water level management reduces downtime. A large 2.9Ltr water tank supports high demand, and the ability to connect to a mains water supply removes manual refills. The cool touch steam wand and water tap improve safety and help baristas create silky microfoam for latte art.

A 58mm commercial filter holder integrates with standard baskets, and the 2.38kW heating system offers rapid heat-up and recovery between drinks. Choose the La Pavoni Botticelli Evolution to raise drink quality, speed up service and bring reliable semi-professional performance to cafes, restaurants and hotel bars.
