Variable temperature control allows plates to be presented at the perfect temperature for your service type ¿ or the unit can be switched off for ambient service. The robust stainless steel finish provides ease of cleaning. A handy removable lid offers dust protection for stored plates when not in use. Variable plate size setting means the Versilift HP1 can accommodate 75 plates of diameter 8-12 inch.
