The 1200Ltr Polar G-Series upright double stable door gastro fridge delivers the capacity and reliability that modern catering operations demand. With four lockable doors, the fridge provides quick, organised storage for up to 20 double-size (2/1) GN trays, allowing seamless movement of stock between combi ovens, cold rooms and freezers. Strong, easy-clean stainless steel construction ensures durability and hygienic maintenance in busy professional areas.
Powered by a forced-air cooling system, the Polar G-Series stable door fridge achieves rapid temperature recovery, keeping contents within set limits even during frequent door openings. Self-closing doors, a user-friendly digital controller, and automatic heated defrost all work together to reduce cut running costs and improve user convenience. Six sturdy shelves plus two floor protector shelves give flexible organisation, whilst heavy-duty castors make repositioning for cleaning or installation effortless.
Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18°C to 40°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 40°C.
