A 292Ltr capacity combines three strong adjustable shelves with two smooth drawers, giving flexible storage for ingredients and full size (1/1 GN) gastronorm trays . The convenient reversible door allows left- or right-hand opening to suit tight or changing layouts.

Forced air cooling maintains steady temperatures between 2°C and 8°C, even with frequent door and drawer openings, whilst effective automatic defrost supports consistent, low maintenance operation. Accurate digital controls make set-up simple, and the self-closing door helps to maintain internal temperatures to keep running costs down.

Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18°C to 40°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 40°C.
