Built with strong stainless steel construction and 90mm high-quality insulation, the cabinet maintains consistent temperatures even in ambient conditions up to 40°C. Powerful forced air cooling ensures rapid temperature recovery after door opening, whilst the automatic electronic defrost function keeps components frost-free for optimal performance. The self-closing doors activate from 90 degrees, helping to maintain energy efficiency.

The user-friendly digital controller with LED display makes operation straightforward, whilst lockable castors provide secure mobility for kitchen reconfiguration. Designed for high-frequency access in commercial areas, the lockable, reversible doors offer both security and operational flexibility to meet varying kitchen layouts and workflow requirements.

Please note: Climate Class 5 refrigeration is rated for operation in ambient temperatures ranging from 18°C to 40°C. However, this product has been tested and approved for use within a wider room temperature range of 10°C to 43°C.
