Polar U-Series Ventilated Double Door Counter Fridge The Polar U-Series double door ventilated counter fridge is an excellent energy-efficient solution for food storage, designed for daily use in busy professional kitchens. Thanks to the advanced forced air cooling system, the counter fridge operates reliably, even in the warmest kitchens with ambient temperatures up to 40 °C.

The Polar U-Series offers generous capacity of 257 litres distributed across two shelves and two base protectors. On top, the stainless steel work surface provides extra flexibility and the base is fitted with castors, so the unit is easy to position for installation or cleaning. For extra flexibility, full-size gastronorm pans can be used without additional guides – you simply slide them straight in.
