The Polar U-Series triple door ventilated counter fridge is an excellent energy-efficient solution for food storage, designed for daily use in busy professional kitchens. Thanks to the advanced forced air cooling system, the counter fridge operates reliably, even in the warmest kitchens with ambient temperatures up to 40 °C.
The Polar U-Series offers generous capacity of 400 litres divided over two shelves and two base protectors. On top, the stainless steel work surface provides extra flexibility and the base is fitted with swivel castors, so the unit can be easily positioned for installation or cleaning. For extra flexibility, full-size gastronorm containers can be used without additional guides – simply slide them straight in.
