The RFG12 is a powerful gas countertop fryer. For frying fresh or frozen chips, doughnuts, fish, sausages etc. the sturdy basket will comfortably hold a 10" fish fillet or sausage. For frying doughnuts or larger pieces of fish the simply remove the basket and use with the integral fish plate. Features piezo ignition; multi level basket system for draining excess oil; integral fish plate; drainage tap with safetylock; 180°C thermostat
