The powerful induction zone covers the full area of the wok zone - 300mm diameter and extends approximately 30mm above the surface of the vitro-ceramic plates, allowing you to stir fry food without losing heat. And at 4mm thick, the durable glass plate will support up to 20kg and is protected with a steel bar along its front.
